I hear allot about engine's being rebuit on Sea-doo's etc... I was wondering how long do you think a well maintained 240 will last before it needs an overhaul etc??
I am not very familiar with the V6 2cyl and I was not planning on keeping mine more than a few years, just in case. I will probably trade it in for a X-20!!

I am not really sure on this one, but I would be interested in knowing too.

My buddy keeps telling me that this is a solid engine and I shouldn't have any problems for years. I hope he is right! I do really like the X-20 though....... could you imagine that puppy with somewhere around 300hp!!! That would be a nice boat to keep!

I hope he is right too! I would like to hold on to my 160 for a few more years and then maybe upgrade to a 200 depending on what Seadoo does to these boats in the next few years.
