do you have this in the us - its a spray applied coating for the hull below the water line - its not antifouling - but it does claim to increase speed - its like having a teflon hull i guess!!!!

got to be worth a go?

8% seems a lot.

8% is a large claim. I believe Seaslide had more claims of just a couple percent if I read it right. I don't believe the increase justifies the cost of that particular product. I haven't tried either one.

80 euros is about £50 which is about $90 us so for an extra 5mph its marginal for me - but i am entering a run what you brung cannonball race this year - well me and a friend are organising one - so this may help

'what their customers have said' on the flyer?

is it brush or spray applied?

seaslide sounds better than the safespeed skin from ireland
easier to apply and less coats etc etc

are you applying it to your speedster soon?

i have read the application directions and it suggests sanding the hull for adhesion which doesnt sound like a good idea - i guess you can apply it direct to the fibreglass?

Kevin,

Glad you finally got the sample.  I am attaching the pdf of the brochure- I
saw a few guys want to see what it said.

I can tell you this.  We have had jet ski racers use the product and
definitely get results, here in US, Australia and in Italy.  Our website
has most of the testimonials posted- none are paid BTW.

In regards to application, a clean surface is critical.  Cleaning with
afine scotchbrite or streel wool before application will suffice vs sanding.
Any wax, grease, etc will make any coating difficult to stick and last.
