Nope....there is not true netural and with the addition of wake, you will always be moving around.as i am fairly new to jetboating (2 hours) i find that they spin at idle in nuetral - obviously just turning the wheel from left to right continuously counteracts this, are there any other close quarters handling tips that anyone can help with as in the uk all of our harbour walls are solid granite so you dont get many chances at grazing them!

Practice AWAY from the granite.... learn to feather the throttle to turn the boat exactly the way you want it. On my 97, there is a sweet spot on the shifter where the boat will stay still- it's not in the N position-more like a bit toward the R position. Learn early that REVERSE is not as good as it should be, so anticipate when to use it.
