i can remember a link from this site to a company that did jet nozzle mods and there was a cool pic of two speedster racing with huge plumes of water coming from the jets - do you recall this link???? its only the picture i am after!!!!

So, will this diverter install on a challenger 180 jet pump? I think that rooster is freakin' awesome and i want to be a Rooster.

No the place diverters are made for the Mercury engines only I believe.

if you look at place diverters web site it would apperar that the nozel is slightly upward pointing - i agree with you - looks great - practicalities say any harbour authority will be on your rooster tail as soon as!

what about a flexible nozel attachment - like the engine cowling found on fighter jets - if you could alter the diameter of the end of the nozel and perhaps gimbal mount it that would give fantastic trim control - anybody seem anything like this?

Sounds like a good idea, but I don't recall seeing anything like this yet.
