Hi I am new to owning a boat but have been around boats and water all of my life. We ( I have a wife and a 12 year old son) just purchased a 2011 Challenger 180 SE in black. The boat is like new with only 25 hours on it as the previous owners bought it and realized they wanted a bigger boat and got the 210. We had it out for a test drive last week and got it home yesterday. Should be going for our first boating day today or tomorrow depending on the weather. I am excited as I really enjoyed the handling of the boat when we took it out the other day and am really looking forward to the features of this boat as I think it will suit our lifestyle as a family. If anyone that owns a 180 that reads this thread, or any other sea too boat owner for that matter, and would like to offers any tips or suggestions I am open to what you have to say so please either post or send me a message. Thanks.

I bought the same boat on July 8 with 18 hours. I'm still learning how to dock but other than that 2011 C180SE Black color Rocks....
Enjoy the boat man.. I've already taken 3 times to lake with my family and we had a lot of fun after so long.
Happy Boating...

Glad you are enjoying yours as well. Just got a transmission cooler installed on the vehicle we are towing with so we should be back on the lakes soon. Looks like you have the 255 hp we went with the 215 hp version as it seemed like enough for us. The dealer made it a great buying experience and din't nickel and dime us to death. Came with trailer, threw in safety kit, paddles, fire extinguisher, life jackets (our son got one of the ecoprene ones), blocks for the trailer in the driveway, and a full tank of gas. Rain forecast for the next two days then two days of sunshine. Time to go and buy a tube and other toys for the boat. Looks like you are in Georgia, imagine the boating is great there. Here in Prince Albert we are the gateway to the North... check out our lakes starting just 20 min north of here. Any tips or things you have added to the boat you would like to pass on?
