Anyone have an idea on what I should do about a torn decal? I have a 2000 Challenger 1800 and one of the side decals is torn about the size of a quarter. I thought about trying to find paint in a burgundy color to hide it, but before I do I will see if anyone has a better idea.

I have some tears on my decals too, but I have just learned to deal with it because most likely it won't be the last time that this happens. I don't think painting it would be a good solution because then you will have paint on top of your gelcote and a permanent "spot" that you can't remove if you ever take your decals off.

Spring/Summer is just around the corner so I am back to the board to get pumped up!!!Anyone have an idea on what I should do about a torn decal? I am with Kevin on this......don't paint it. You can buy replacment decals at World of Powersports............. as I also have a "gash" in the Seadoo Decal on the side. It is about the size of a nickel on mine.
Find a local print shop/sticker maker and get a few solid colour stickers made up and shape both the rip section and sticker to compliment each other. This is what I will be doing this Summer as I only need to put a piece of solid white to get her back to normal.
