thanks moochy i will keep that in mind
Hi dale, I have the same boat, you will find that if your too deep in on a medium to steep ramp the blue roller on the trailer will be too high and roll down the fiberglass until youve wound to proper resting point. To avoid damage I have a piece of marine carpet about 30cm square that I wedge infront of the roller as I'm winding on. I keep it there until the next trip to avoid rubbing whilst in transit.

I have the 2010 180 challenger with the 255hp engine. As far as fuel mileage goes, when crusing at 30mph @ 6000 rpms, I can get at least 3.5 hrs of driving. Therefore, approx. 100 mile range.
If you travel over or under 30mph your fuel consumption increases dramatically.
As for the beeps, the only time I have gotten the 4 beeps is when I have left the key in when the engine is off. It starts about 10 mins after you shut down the engine telling you the power is still on. I think if you dont have any codes displayed there shouldnt be a problem.
P.S. Its hard keeping the boat at 30mph, you just cant help opening it up once in a while.
