I am getting a freeze plug tig welded but some of the old crumbling aluminum plug fell into the Exhaust PIPE-HEAD (part # 274000161). It will not shake out nor will air blow it out. I'm going to try water flow tomorrow but if I miss any, which way does it flow? Will it end up somewhere that could plug-up the block or an equally bad place?
Thanks.
How does the cooling water flow through the exhaust (direction)? 787cc 110hp

This should answer your question. I was able to pull this one page right out of the shop manual.
I believe for a small amount, you can get access to all of the pertinent jetboat manuals from this site. Some are available for free, but you'll have to do some searching to find them.
