Here is what I would do:
-Call Corona Motorsports in Corona, CA. They know tis boat very well.
-Check the manual.
-Call BRP.
-Check Fluids (oil, coolant)
-Inspect Engine and battery
-Add gas
-Start Engine
-start water
-5 min run time
-stop water
-stop engine

software check ? I know they use a lot of hw/sw today (as in cars)
is there a soecial procedure to check software , a sort of software reader ( lime ODM in cars)
if so, any portable reader ?
the rest is clear and can be done with no problem
I'm learning as I go eith all the input here
thx !

The software could be a problem. I believe that it is proprietary.
It involves attaching a laptop to the boat.

i can guess it is, this the part I eould like morendetail, basically teo questions:
1. does the boat requires a software special initial configuration from the dealer before first run-in
or
2. can it be put in water (provided the prior check list shows everything ok) with no initial or additional software tweaking
if 2. we are set, if 1. I guess someone with the right HW (PC) and the manufacturer SW With experience has to do the job

I don't know...
Do you have a brand new boat sitting there? If so, fire it up.
You have to figure out how to get SW updates, there are some issues on boats resolved with SW updates.
