If your boat has a maximum number of 4, can you have 4 in the boat and still pull others behind you? A float, skies, wakeboard, whatever?

Law in GA is that you must have an empty seat on the boat for the amount of people that you are pulling behind you.

Probably the same here. I was just trying to see what I can get by with.Law in GA is that you must have an empty seat on the boat for the amount of people that you are pulling behind you.
