Hi Everyone,
Great informative site which I know will be of great use once I get my first boat.
I'm basically looking for guidance on the purchase of a 2010 challenger SE 255HP. She list's at $31,000, but we are now heading into August and would expect a nice discount... One dealer in Quebec has offered a starting price of $28,000... but with tax and prep it pushes up to $32,000.
Can anyone offer any guidance on what the selling price should be for this boat... they have quite a few in stock and since the summer is over I would think there would be some more savings versus buying in spring...
Thanks for any sales advice!

Thanks Gmoney, glad to have you on the website.
To be honest I don't think anyone could offer any real accurate on guidance on what the selling price should be for that boat since it is all dependent upon geographic location and the specific dealer. Some dealers might be able to offer better deals than others so really it is just best to shop around. I will say typically the later you wait in the season the better deal you will find because the dealers are wanting to get rid of their inventory to make room for the new ones.
Are you set on a 2010 or have you looked at any 2009's, I am sure there are probably still some of those around and you would get a much better deal. Keep us posted on your findings and good luck!
