Just dropped 2007 180 in water and after 1 min over 6000 rpm, long beep and exhaust flashing and P1545 on dash.
Tried reverse, tried running at lower Ron gradually and thought Ok then did it again.
Called dealer and he said could be faulty sensor.
Anybody/anything? Before putting back on trailer or after?

Based on your other post about the shifter issues i would really recommend taking your boat to the dealer to let them fully diagnose it. It seems like you have all kind of different issues going on so it could be something strange going on with the boat's computer. Keep us posted.

Update...when I got it out water to rinse off, I noticed good 6" of water in ski locker and the water was very warm.
I also recall when I washed it very good that the ski locker got so full I had to use shop vac to get water out, bilge did no good.
Thinking maybe the flush hose to exhaust came undone causing high temp at higher speeds? Thoughts? What to look for?

Typically water will pool in the ski locker a little bit. If you park the boat on a hill it should drain out via the drain plugs - if it doesn't then there is something blocking it along the way.

What about fact that water was very warm, could that have been ascsimole as water around engine or issue with the overheating (exhaust not getting billing, etc)

The water is typically pretty warm depending on how long it was sitting in there. How long had the water been in there and what was the outside temperature when you checked the water?

Dealer called and said they found stick in jet pump that probably caused cavitation and overheating. Does this make sense Even though...
I had no problem getting rpm up to 7000+ on water and when I looked at intake and jet I did not see any stick?
Thanks

Definitely sounds like a likely cause of the problem to me.

It sounds like to me that your dealer didn't troubleshoot the issue correctly then. Take it back, re-explain the symptoms and let them diagnose again. Keep us posted.

They swapped out the exhaust sensor, then it happened again! Tech hooked up laptop while driving and nothing happened....first time ever so conclusion at thus stage...
1. He unplugged and replygged ECU cable which could have done something, made connection, etc.
2. If it happens again, next thing would be to test the wires leading to sensor
3. After that it could be the ECU itself
Any thoughts?
I am thinking about calling seadoo tech support myself to complain about this problem that would still be under warranty IF previous person bought warranty and boat only has 8 hours.

Thanks for the update, I am sorry to hear they still can not get this issue resolved. It is definitely worth a shot to escalate it, check this post - http://seadoosportbo...dpost__p__13332 - it has a link for the contact I used a while back at the BRP offices. Reach out to them, explain what is going on and see what they can doo. Keep us posted!
