I was wondering if there is another brand of injector oil that is safe to use. At $30 a gallon the Bombadier stuff seems a bit pricey. Since my boat is a 97 there are no warranty issues. Just got to keep that engine running right!

If you are paying $30 bucks a gallon, you may be buying the synthetic Bombardier.
You should be able to use the regular XPS by Bombardier in your 97 (which boat do you have?), for around $19 bucks a gallon. Another alternative is Citgo Sea and Snow, which meets the API TC specification for Rotax engines. I buy it at Academy Sports for around $9.99 a gallon. There are numerous alternatives to the Bomber stuff. Two others are Amsoil and Quaker State ( the QS seems to be hard to find). Just don't use any regular outboard lubricants (TC W3 specs).

I have the same boat as you.
The 97 Speedster with 2 85hp engines.
Next time I'm at the Accademy I'll have to pick up a couple of gallons. I told the Dealer which model I had and he pointed out the oil. The other type they had there was even more expensive. Citgo Sea and Snow sounds like my new brand.
