Uhhhhhhhh why again? Are you filling it up with Water or Ice? How much do you intend on putting in there?Has anyone made any mods to their cooler. As is, the cooler look like it is useless. Also the fiberglass above the cooler area looks as if it doesn't have a water protective coating. I'm thinking about spraying the inside with some foam so the cooler is sealed and goes all the way to the top.
To be honest.....thats where I keep my lines and some other stuff. I use a Soft bag cooler for my drinks just because its easier to transport them around if need be.

Oops! Didn't know that..... that really sucks!!! Especially if you have to stick your Head into the Hull opening and try to retireve the lost items!!!cAn'T sWim I think he is talking about doing this because the coolers are not quite as efficient as the ones in the '98 and beyond boats. The '97 and below boats have quite a different cool configuration I believe.

But still, I just use a Soft Cooler bag which helps when I have to empty the boat at the end of the day. Just pick up and go!!!
