My Utopia 185 starts sluggishly--needs at least two turns of the key to get going. Otherwise it runs beautifully with good power. I tried a new battery but it didn't make any difference.
Any ideas what I might try next?
Colin.

Thanks Kevin. I haven't looked at them recently but all six were replaced last August.

No, it turns over very slowly but usually kicks in the 2nd or 3rd try. Usually it kicks in for a couple of seconds the 1st time but then dies. I replaced all six spark plugs but that doesn't seem to have helped.Does the starter turn the engine over as fast as normal ?
Thanks,
Colin.

It is possible that something is loose or faulty with the starter then.
