There is a 2002 Challenger 2000 in an auction for this coming weekend in Alabama. This auction is commonly for bank repos. I saw the boat last month when I attended their auction. I bought an X-20 that day. If you are in the boat market, this boat may or may not be worth your time. I know nothing about it except what I saw last month. It is missing the stereo. I have no idea as to the condition of the engine. I looked in the engine compartment, and it appeared clean. Please investigate and purchase at your own risk. I am only passing this on. The website is at: http://www.seauction...tory_boats1.htm

Yeah, I thought about going back out there this weekend to possibly buy the boat and sell it, but I won't have the time. I wish I would have stayed to see how much people were bidding on it so that I could pass this info on to ya'll. I was so excited to have won the bidding on my boat, I got up and went straight inside to pay. They get compression checks on most of the boats that go through that auction, and they disclose the results. If possible, I would want to go out in the boat. I don't know if they will allow that or not. It wasn't possible in my boat because the ignition switch was broken and they didn't have a key. Keep us up to date if you pursue this boat. I would be very interested in hearing about your experience.Cool-thanks for the info. I should check this out since I'm only an hour away.

Will do. There is plenty water around to take it out, so that is not a problem. If I'm not mistaken, this auction place (aka repo place) was featured on TLC on "Repo Men". I most likely won't pursue it, but good to know they have these sales nearby.
