A guy near me is selling a 2000 Challenger 1800 with low hours. I don't know what the actual hours are. He is listing the following items as options that raise the price from the base NADA book value of $6530. Can you tell me if these items are options or stock items:
Boat Cover $135
Stereo - AM/FM CD player with 4 speakers $300
Swim Step with fold down ladder $240
Carburetion kit $170
Stainless steel impeller $135
I have not looked at the boat yet but from the pictures, it is in excellent cosmetic condition. What do you think would be a fair price?

Everything appears to be stock to me, unless they changed the impeller to one by Solas or another manufacturer.
Price seems fair if the boat is in good condition, just check everything over thoroughly. Do you have the pictures to post up here?

Looks like it is in great shape, just test drive it before you buy it to make sure it is mechanically sound!

Can anyone confirm that this boat comes with the AM/FM CD and the ladder as standard equipment? Also does anyone have the owners and service manual?

I know that that boat came with the ladder not 100% sure on the stero but check the last 2 numbers of the vin because that color is the same color that i had on my old 1999 Challenger 1800 (but i had the twin 787) i am thinking that that is actually a 1999 boat but not that that is a big deal breaker or anything. when i found my boat it was listed as a 2000 but actually a 2001
