I've got a 98 speedster. Twin 800cc 110HP. The boat sunk and we got it for 1800 bucks. We ended up putting a new MPEM and 2 coils in it and it runs okay... Both motors have been hurt but they still run and tach out fine. Now my issue...
Randomly i'll get a constant beep. its just beep beep beep beep continuously. Now the oil light flashes sometimes, and the orange button flashes constantly in tune to the beep. I can get it to stop if i press the orange button. The engines are both cool to the touch after sitting for about a minute when i touch them. It does it at all oil levels. Some times it'll go a day without beeping and other times it'll beep 2 minutes after i start it. We recently overheated one motor to the point where it would just die... the exhaust muffler turned a golden color. The motor still runs fine, i can tell its hurt but its on par with the other motor. The boat runs amazing no matter what, even if it is beeping.
Can anyone help me at all? I'm clueless.
I also have an oil leek it seems, the bilge fills up with oil, but you can barely see the oil level going down. are there any common spots to check?

now out of all the options... i dont think this has exhaust gas sensors... nor does it really have oil pressure... so its gotta be high temperature. am i right?
