I got a 2004 speedster 200 with less than 100 hours.
My cavitation problem is so bad that the boat can't even get out of the water to reach top speed. Even with 1 passenger only in the boat.
I have to turn the steering from left to right so the pump can get primed and the boat will move foward.
I change both propellers and sleeve but its not a lot better that it was.
this boat have always had a small cavitation problem but now it's worst than ever even with new props and sleeve.<
What the hell is going on???
anyone have and idea?
bad cavitation problem

If you changed the impellers and you are still having issues then I would say there is something larger happening, best bet would be get it to local dealer and let them have a look.

The problem is, its a 2004.
They all had plastic pumps.
They will all deform.
They changed in 2005.
You need to replace the plastic pumps with aluminum 2005 and newer.
