Welcome BigDrap!!

Well, I maiden the Challenger last week at Donner Lake and it was awsome even for a break-in outing. These boats track like they're on rails and has plenty of power. I cant wait till break-in is complete. This Saturday it's off to Lake Tahoe for more break-in while cruising the South Shore and Crystal Bay. I'm pumped!!

I am new to this site! My dealer told me about it and I had to check it out. I like what I see so far! I have allready made a few posts and I am pumped about sharing info on these boats. I have a 2002 Challenger 1800 that I bought new and I love it. Thanks to all for the info I have read so far!

Sold before the season started, and intended to purchase Kev's sweet 160....
Things happen, and unfortunately haven't replaced the Doo. That's OK I guess, I still get to hear about everyone elses, so you guys have surrogate doos for me. Next best thing to being there........

First of all, thanks Kevin for all your hard work maintaining and managing the site. My name is Rick and am 52....I don't know if that's old for a DOer or not. In Feb 05' my wife and I were vacationing at Marco Is. Florida and rented waverunners and I was hooked. I thought it would be neat to have a boat with all the performance and handeling of a waverunner and not get drenched, unless you want. I discovered jet boating and three weeks ago purchased a 05' sportster 4 tec. What what a blast we've had since. Health and happiness to everyone.

Hi, my name is Rick Friend. I'm from Tallahassee Fl. I just purchased a new 2005 Sportster SCIC last Wednesday. I tried it out for about 2 hours on Saturday. I was gentle on it during that time, just trying to get used to the characteristics of the boat. I put it in another lake Sunday and had my wife out tubing for a while. I put another hour and a half on it Sunday. This has to be one of the best boats I have ever driven. Great acceleration and handling. I had many people oggling and asking questions. Can't wait to get it fully broken end so I can open it up. Keep on DOOin' what your'e DOOin'.
