This new module will allow us to capture feedback from everyone so we can provide a better experience on the website. The module is also setup to ask 10% of the website audience to provide their feedback while on the website, if you are chosen in this 10% it will simply pop-up a message asking you to provide feedback, you can answer "Yes" or "No". This module will allow a better mechanism to organize these types of feedback so our staff doesn't have to sift through the forums to find them. This way our forums stay cleaner and allow us to keep the forums for discussions regarding our boats.
Please let me know if anyone has anyone questions regarding this new module, attached is screenshot of what the new feedback module looks like. We are hoping that everyone will provide some type of feedback at some point so we can continue to improve the experience on the website and better assist everyone. Keep on doo'ing it!
