At Lake Powell this weekend with friends and there boat, I found it Annoying that when we wanted to talk i would shut down my boat without pulling the key, in case I would have to start it quickly, and the beeping was driving us all nuts. anyway to disable this feature?

It keeps beeping every few seconds if you dont pull the key!

the beeps are annoying - then your girlfriend takes the key out and puts in on the seat as its driving her nuts and proceeds to turn a cool sportsboat into brittany spears dressing room - then you have to get out of the way of a large boat coming in to berth - not knowing where the key is at this point is more annoying than the beep (but not as annoying as the gf) i always keep the key attached to me so i know where it is - now the only thing on the boat which is annoying is the gf - - off we go - oh im sorry darling did lots of your 'fluff' fly out!

Well put Thumper! The only good news I can give you is that the 4 beeps are programmed to stop after 4 hours. Its a good idea to pull the key anyway, no sense draining the battery down.
