Hi all,

I have a 2002 Challenger 2000. The swim deck on my boat is fashioned like a 2003. My boat was certified in May of 2002. The reason for this odd question is that this confusion caused a few problems when I ordered my Hydroturf.

Here is the set for a 2000 - 2002



Here is the set for the 2003 - 2004



See the difference in the swim deck between the two sets? The mats that would fit my swim deck are in the second picture ('03-'04), yet my boat is a 2002 (HIN: CEC35776E202). I have the OptiMax 250 engine option. Maybe that has something to do with it???

In any event, I was wondering if there are any other 2002 C2K owners that have the 2003-2004 swim platform. This was the first time HT ever encountered this. Am I the only one?

Very interesting, I have never seen this myself. I believe Hydro-Turf should be able to do a custom order for you though to ensure you get all the correct pieces.

I ordered the set for the 2000 - 2002 C2K, because that is what I have (a 2002 C2K). Everything was going well until I got to the swim platform. That's what set this whole thing in motion. Did I order the wrong kit? That was the issue.

In the end, HT was very stand up about it. They are sending me the 3 pieces I need to complete the deck free of charge. They also now know that there are 2002 C2K's out there that have the 2003 layout - well, at least one exists (mine)! This was a first for them.

I just got off the phone with BRP - they confirmed my C2K was a 2002.
