Am so glad to back dooing it! $966.74 and 2 1/2 months later, I now have my 95 Speedster back. Melted the oil line that fed the engines and a whole bunch of parts blackened! Said it looked like there was some scoring on the top of the starboard pistons. Evidently the overheat warning system didn't work either. Mechanic (sorry, Technican) told me it would cost $850.00 to get it back to the point where I could start putting hours on it again, and then we'd just have to see what happens. He said I should know within 10 hours or so. Well it's been about 8 hrs already, and it running better than it ever has. I'll be back out on Eufaula this weekend waiting to see what happens. Just don't see how it could be running this good and not be alright. Feeling pretty good about it!
