Okay, here is the deal. My old bilge pump, rule mate 500, quit working in auto, or so I thought. It worked in manual, then quit working altogether. Found the fuse to blown, changed it and it worked in manual again.
I changed out the pump, new pump dosen't work in auto either. I then took the old pump hooked it srtaight up to a battery on the auto side and it worked in automatic.
I am not sure where the automatic lead runs to, from the pump, and tracing the wiring is out of the question. Does anybody out there know?

FYI, there is a fuse on the manual switch line for the pump, and there is also another fuse on the automatic line which goes directly to the hot side of the battery, you just have to stand on your head to see it.
