I am looking at buying a 1998 Speedster 160 with twin 110s. I have been searching this site for information on reliability but not had much luck. What has your experience been?
The boat seats are in good shape but they seem to have shrunk or something because they no longer fight tightly against the frames. Any suggestions on how this can be corrected?
Thanks

I just bought a 1999 Speedster sk this year and love it to death. I have the twin 85's and havn't had a problem on the first three outings. As far as the seats go, I'm assuming you have an sk too seeing how mine do the same thing. First check to see that they are velcroed in there properly. They can go in there at odd angles. BE CAREFUL trying to take them out cause that's some really strong velcro and it might tear the foam of the seat pad. If they look to be in there straight, leave them. Be happy your seats are in good shape.I am looking at buying a 1998 Speedster 160 with twin 110s. I have been searching this site for information on reliability but not had much luck.
