Challenger 210 2010 model
First real start this summer. Had some real issues with the starboard motor. For the 1st hr it would fluctuate between running the same rpm as the port engine and about 1000 rpm less. It was as if it had a partially clogged injector or periodic injection issue or maybe bad gas or clogged fuel filter.
Then after stopping and restarting the engines several times and running them, the sync light started to come on sporadically. Then once again after cycling the motors I obtained sync and the rpm stuck together and in sync for 1 hr.
Rested the boat. Could not get them to sync after that. The rpm were close within 100-200 when comparing between the engines.
Any one have any suggestions?
Is it electronic? Or is there a physical linkage that does this.
have tried several steps.
any suggestions would be most appreciated.
