I had the bad luck of sucking my ski rope up both jets at the same time (actually i let a mate drive while i skied, teach me for having some fun!!!)
There is a platic cover which is about a foot long and covers the drive shaft as it leaves the boat and connects to the impeller, it looks like it keeps the water smooth as the shaft spins inside it, both smashed and im wondering if they are needed? has anyone left them out..
There not in australia and it will be a few weeks before they can arrive.... and its boat weather!!!
Thanks
I have replaced both impellers with skat traks and surround and drive shaft carrier retrofit..
