My engine cuts out every once in awhile....almost as if the kill switch is pulled off. Anyone else experience this?

Never experienced this problem, I would take it to your dealer and have them inspect it or maybe someone here might have more information on what might be causing the problem.

I had this happen on both of my PWC's over the years.
Each time it was an engine seizure due to water ingestion. Remove your RAVE valves and check for vertical scoring on the pistons.
If your pistons look good, you could be running your engine(s) too lean. I would adjust the high speed screws 1/8 - 1/4 turn further out and see if the problem persists.

You don't have RAVE valves and you dont have high speed screws on your 240EFI ..
