I have an challenger 180 with bucket seats. I find that the seat is to low when i am at top speed. i find myself standing alot and it takes a tool on my legs. And i am looking for any ideas on how i can rasie my seat to make it safer for me to see infront of the boat.

I believe a lot of us would like to find a solution that would allow us to do this in our 180 Challengers. I haven't been able to find a viable solution yet. Seems like SeaDoo would offer some type of booster for these seats...

I am tall enough to see just sitting down, but I do also prefer to stand for even better visibility but like you said the knees take a beating after a while. For my wife we end up just using the throw cushion to get her a little boost in height while sitting in the seat.

I am5'10" and had a hard time seeing over windshield on my '08 Challenger 180. Was in West Marine one day and saw a Butt Seat. Thought that might do the trick (use link below)

Was a little worried on if it would fit the seat, but it is just small enough to squeeze onto the seat between the sides of the seat. I found it still wasn't really high enough. I then placed my throw cushion on top of that and now can sit down, see over the windshield, (and any passengers in the front) and enjoy. Added benefit of knowing where the throw cushion is in case it is ever needed and prevents it from being blown overboard.
