For those of you that noticed the website was down for just a little bit yesterday evening (U.S. - EST). The host, A Small Orange, of our server was having some issues so they had to take the server offline for some time to perform maintenance. We hope they have all the issues now resolved, but if anyone notices anything out of the ordinary then please report it here. Sorry for any inconvenience the downtime may have caused.

Only thing I have noticed is that I always get misspelled words because of keys not getting entered, due to for some reason there is alot of reloading?? I don't get it, its every 15-20 seconds.

The textarea that you are typing in when posting shouldn't be reloading. There are areas on the website that do reload on their own (these areas are where vendor banners are so that each vendor gets even distribution) but they are in iframes so it shouldn't affect your typing, only content in those iframes should reload so that it doesn't have to reload the entire page. I was testing it while making this post and it didn't hinder any keystrokes that I could tell of. What browser and version are you currently using?

internet explorer 7
its not the whole page reloading it is other things around it and it causes it to skip letters when I am typing. It might be this new laptop I bought because I don't remember it doing it before

I tested it in IE 7 too, but I didn't get the same problem. I usually browse the website with Safari, http://www.apple.com/safari/ or Firefox, http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/. The refreshing only happens in IE so if it bugs you too much then I would suggest using one of the other browsers. If you don't want to use a different browser and it becomes too much of problem then let me know and I will see what I can do to fix it in IE.
