#35789 Throttle/shifter travel
Posted by hwkeye1911 on 11 November 2011 - 01:18 AM
We just traded in our 2007 Islandia on a new 210 SE and I'm wondering if I am just so used to my old controls that I am imagining things. Our first time out the boat it ran great but it seems like I have to move the throttle almost 2/3 of the way before it starts to do anything. Is it supposed to be like this or do I need to make a trip to the dealer to have them adjust it? I figured with the iTC and single control it would be different but not this much, makes switching from forward to reverse in docking mode difficult at best. Also, any advice on the neutral adjustment? She moves a lot more then my Islandia did and I'm thinking I might need to adjust the gate.
