#72402 Snap in carpet button receivers are coming out. Ideas how to repair?

I'm coming across a few of the button caps that are screwed into the boat for the carpet and seats are simply coming out from use. Any ideas on how to repair them? They appear to be screws that are simply stripped and can no longer stay screwed in. I think i'm screwed!
