Sportster 4 tec . When fuel gage is just bouncing off full, the tank will take 10+ gallons. When reading 1/2 tank, will take 18 gal. (tank capacity is 21 gal )
New sending device installed ( under warranty ), with no change.
Is there some other way of callibrating the gage ?
Any other ideas ?

mine is the same on 2005 model - i just keep an eye on the level if you take the trunk lid out.
The boat that just passed you was a seadoooooooooooo.

Obviously, I do that now, but we should expect more accuracy.

No offense, but good luck. I've yet to talk to ANYONE who has a Sea-Doo whose gas guage worked properly. Sea-Doo should've saved themselves some money and just installed a damn sight glass!(grumble, grumble, mumble, grumble)
