I've got the Place Diverter Kit made specifically for the MErcury Jet Drives. It's one plate that substitutes the factory Ride Plate, so you cannot condrol lifting, but it's pretty much an easy installation and works great. And tell about..... brand, sizes , options, likes / dislikes

Does the Place Diverter system keep you from spinning your boat around. I am worried about that! I wonder how it would stand up to that? Other than that it looks like a very good system. I like the fact that you do not have to drill into the hull and that you have full on the fly adjustability. I would very much like to hear more about how yours is doing!
Thanks!

Rickster,The system is working great. When it is all the way up, it does not affect spinning by any means. There are two holes you need to drill, for the hydraulics lines, but I guess I've sealed them pretty good, since my bilge is always dry. It is incredible how a few degrees of bow down makes a diferrence in handling!
Thanks for the update. I do want to make sure. Is this the one that you have?

I plan to get it and install over the winter. Did it come with everything you need? Indicator switch and controls? -- thanks again !

That's the one. It comes with everything, except the hydraulic fluid, which is any Automatic Transmission "oil". It does come with a switch for the operation (up / down), but no indicator. What I do is that since it takes about 4 seconds to travel from fully up to fully down, I just time it...Rickster,The system is working great. Also now that time has passed would Rickster have done things differently or used a different system or are the results achieved good enough?
All help would be appreciated.

Fialoe, than ks for the heads-up email, it's been a while since I've reviewed the forum...Too much time spend boating over the "winter" here in Puerto Rico.Hey guys the season is almost back and I have decided I want a bit of creature comfort. Can Rickster confirm if this is the same plate he got? http://www.placedive...hp?page=mercury

Yep, it's the MErcury Trim System from Place Diverter & Controls.
I would definitely reccommend it and install it again. Results are awesome (I'm in no way related to the manufacturer, just a satisfied client)...

Got a call today, I'll probably order this system. But I would prefer a jet nozzle trim system like on the seadoo skis. I just don't understand why mercury did not design nozzle for VTS.
