Rebuild your carbs. Our carbs run rich as some of the parts wear out. This is likely your problem. I'm going to be spending the winter rebuilding mine.I HAVE A '95 SPEEDSTER WITH TWIN 85HP ROTAX'S. I CAN'T SEEM TO QUIT FOULING PLUGS. I WENT FROM THE NGK BRP 8 ES' TO BPR 6 ES' DIDN'T HELP MUCH, ANY SUGESTIONS AS TO WHAT IT MAY BE

Don't you mean BR8ES? That is the appropriate plug selection assuming you are using NGK. Which 2 stroke oil are you using? If you are using a synthetic, you really don't need to, and that could possibly lead to fouling in your particular engines. If you do alot of idling through no-wake zones, that could be an issue as well. My 717's never liked idling much.I HAVE A '95 SPEEDSTER WITH TWIN 85HP ROTAX'S. I CAN'T SEEM TO QUIT FOULING PLUGS. WHEN I BAUGHT THE BOAT 3 YRS AGO, IT HAS BPR 8 ES', THEN I WAS GIVEN BPR 6 ES' BY A GUY THAT HAS ONE IDENTICAL TO MINE, I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT SPARK PLUGS, WOULD THE BR AS APPOSED TO THE BPR MAKE A DIFFERENCE??Don't you mean BR8ES? ALSO, I AM USING BOMBARDIER OIL, IS THERE A BETTER OIL TO USE, THEY ARE REALLY PROUD OF THAT CRAP, I WOULD BE ALL FOR SOMETHING A LITTLE CHEAPER, I JUST DIDN'T KNOW WHAT WAS SAFE.

If indeed you have the 85 HP 717's, the correct plug is the BR8ES. I've never used the BPR... Go here to vind the correct plug:WHEN I BAUGHT THE BOAT 3 YRS AGO, IT HAS BPR 8 ES', THEN I WAS GIVEN BPR 6 ES' BY A GUY THAT HAS ONE IDENTICAL TO MINE, I DON'T KNOW MUCH ABOUT SPARK PLUGS, WOULD THE BR AS APPOSED TO THE BPR MAKE A DIFFERENCE??

There are a couple different Bombardier oils, one is not a synthetic, the other is. XPS II is the synthetic, and I think plain old XPS is mineral.
There are alternatives out there, and the only one I can vouch for is the Citgo Sea and Snow. It is readily available from my local Academy Sports store. I don't know if you guys have one or not. It is around $10 US a gallon.
I have seen an alternative oil at Wal Mart lately: Quicksilver PWC. Black jug, colorful label. The Quicksilver in the grey/silver jug is not an acceptable alternative. They are stocking it here by the gallon, and not stocking the Bombardier oil any more. The label will tell you if it is meant for engines requiring the API TC certification. It may even mention SeaDoo.
