There is a 2 way switch on the helm. It seems as if there is not a lot of heat coming out of the hose when needed, lots of air no heat.....This is a handy thing to have when wakeboarding, skiing on those cool days...

 

if anyone knows if there should be hot air or not that would be great

It should heat up after you have had he engine running for a period of time.  Have you tried that, or are you running it when the engine is still cool?

when the engines are hot, i will check it out some more....

Check for a kink the heater supply line coming off the engine, that is usually the culprit. The air should be hot within 5 minutes of engine run time.

I assume the 2 speed fan is working correctly?
