While cleaning my 2006 Sportster 215hp/SC with under 40 hours someone came up to me and said that at 60 hours they were told the supercharged will need to be rebuilt--he stated he was told that my a Dealer----CAN THAT REALLY BE TRUE??---this boat has hardly even been broken in----------
CAN THIS REALLY BE TRUE ABOUT SUPERCHARGERS??

As far as I know the super chargers get serviced at 100 hours. But check with a dealer to confirm. And I know its not cheep. Thats one of the reasons I got a seadoo with no superchargers.

yep its true AND if you don't have the metal washers in there I would change them ASAP. It will cost about $300 or so. Its not too bad. Jerry @ Greenhulk offers the service, you remove your charger yourself ( a few bolts ), send it in and he will rebuild it. He is top notch and only replaces parts that are needed.
