Drain plug is tight but every day I go out to the dock there is about 2-3" of water in the ski locker. I start the boat up, drive around and get it all pumped out and it's back the next day. The owners manual says it could be a defective scupper valve, exhaust system leak or a carbon ring on the drive shaft is worn. I just figured I see if anybody else has had this problem before I took it to the shop again. This poor boat has spent over 45 days in the shop and she's only a year old!

All Seadoo boats take on water when not underway and is "normal".  My 210 SE behaves the same way as yours and I don't suspect a problem with my boat at all.  2-3" of water in the ski locker over 12+ hours does not seem like a lot to me.  I get that much just parked on the lake for a couple of hours.  The 210's do not have a scupper valve and the water is likely entering from around the drive shafts.  My boat has done this since new so worn carbon seals is unlikely.

 

Did you talk to the shop yet?  I would expect them to confirm that this is expected.

Thanks to both of you for replying. I thought it was odd because the last two years I've been beach camping at Lake Roosevelt for 10-12 days and never saw any water in the locker nor did I see the bilge pump turn on and we never took the boat out of the water. I did talk to the dealer and they suggested putting the boat on the trailer and filling the bilge with water and see if I notice any leaks from under the boat. I've had some bad luck with this boat so a leak would not surprise me one bit. Broken neutral switch, it over-revved causing it to go into limp home mode. The weedless system stopped working. Then it died and the dealer found a loose ground wire in the engine bay, it died again and the dealer found a power wire that had come disconnected. Then the stereo and all the electronics stopped working because of another wiring issue. All within 10 months.

My boat is leaking around the ride plates and both drive shafts the dealer says and now my rear ballast tank will not fill. The valves are open and the pump turns on but no water. I'm done with this boat, it's garbage. The only reason we bought Seadoo was for reliability because we had two 2002 GTX RFIs that ran perfectly for seven years. I can't get this boat to run the way it's supposed to for more than a month. I'm seriously disappointed.
