how have they got permission tyo use the brp and seadoo logo - particularly after brp asked you to remove it from here????

My guess is they are using it without permission. I am concerned with what SeaDoo/BRP thinks about our website, I don't think this other website is.how have they got permission tyo use the brp and seadoo logo - particularly after brp asked you to remove it from here????

its funny - if you started a firm today and called it microsort and had the domain www.microsort.com - bill would have you in court so fast your head would spin -

Did you send the webmaster an email praising his originality, creativity and genius in coming up with such a unique website name? 
I would have and then asked him if he called 1-800-PLAGERIZE for the idea!

then maybe they will get the message -
or you could invite them to join us - or you could offer to host there site extras for a nominal fee
seems silly having two virtually identical web addresses - he would be better paying you to host his extras and not hosting a seadoo website that looks naf
