If I buy a challenger 210 with the 155 motors is it easy to bolt on a supercharger later if I need more power. Do you need to change computers or any complicated stuff. Or would the 210 have enough power with the 310hp.Or should I make sure I just get one with the 430Hp to start with.

No, it is not as easy as bolting on a supercharger to get the 155 motors to 215.  The computer would need to be changed, intercooler, fuel injectors, fuel pressure regulator, different compression and pistons, etc.  To add all this stuff later to 2 engines would cost way more than difference in price between the 310 and 430 now.
