I'm having some problems with the nav lights on a '00 1800 that i just bought.. the owners manual is no help. does anyone have wiring schematics or service manual they are willing to share.. also am a little confused ...see alot about a 240 efi ..i'm assuming that's a 240 hp i was told mine is a 210..can someone clarify.

Welcome to the board!
Check out our download section , and look at the 2001 manual. It should have a wiring diagram similar if not identical to your 2000.

You have a different engine. The 240 EFI is 240 HP. The Opti comes with either 250 or 210 HP.

As for the electrical problem, do all the other electricals (horn, blower, bilge pump etc.) function normally?

Thanks or the clarification... nobody ever talks about the 210 ...any info on it??? any issues i should be aware of???

also ..yes all the other swiches work fine including the anchor and dash lites on the fist stop of the lite sw....although the low fuel alarm sw has no internal light ..not sur if that's connected or just a problem with that particular switch.

just downloaded the manuals for the 2001 and the 99 at tiggerman's suggestion... i think the only real difference beween the 00 and 01 is they elimminated the low fuel alarm sw.
