Fuse keeps blowing whenever it is put in. Key doesnt even have to be on. As long a battery is conected the fuse will blow. Anyone have any ideas what could it be. Boat is a 1995 sportster.
Thanks for any help

check which circuit it is then go look for the short - ie if its lights check each light - if it stereo chech connections to stereo etc etc - its unlikely to be anywhere but at the point of connection.
hope this helps

If you have disconnected everything except power to that module, then yes it could be bad. There are alot of things in that box. Remove the cover and check to see if you can unplug components in there. I think the starter relays are there, as well as the coils and what not too...they may or may not be potted in epoxy so you might not be able to get at them.Fuse keeps blowing whenever it is put in.
