I was out on the lake last weekend for about 30 mins. and one motor shut off on me..tried to start it back up and it was making a weird noise so i finally got ti taken out and took the intake off to look at the rotory valve and the valve has a nick in it!
there is a small part of the block that is scared up alittle..
should i trash the block, motor, and get a new one ?! or just replace the valve and see what happens?!
Im scared this could cost lots of $$$$$.
what should I do?
Also ..whats a good site to get seadoo parts?
thanks Tom

Try here: http://sbtontheweb.com/ for a complete remanufactured engine assembly. Or find someone who can possibly repair the damage to the block at the intake holes..need some help!

SBT should have available an engine for around 700-800 bucks (with exchange) that will have a 1 year no hassle warranty.

I think I am going to get a new rotory valve and see if the local machine shop can do anything with the block.. If that doesnt work Im going to break down and buy the Premium Engine..If I'm going to spend the money I better do it the right way..
thanks for the help everyone!
I'll let yall know how it goes...
I just ordered a service manual the other day so i hope its here soon..
