Anyone have a source for a shop manual for 2000 Islandia? Is there a good source for parts out there?

I just ordered one from my local dealer yesterday. I callled the customer service line @ (715) 848-4957. They provided me with the part number and verified that they had one in stock. They did tell me that I had to order it from my local delaer since they did not do any retail services.
