www.xtremetowers.com Try it. I think that you will find that this company is the OEM manufacturer for the OEM tower, but you will also find they have contractual agreements with Seadoo about selling the tower to "end-users". This company also manufactures for other boat makers.I was surprised to find out that the wake board tower option cannot be purchased from Seadoo for the Speedster200 after manufactured. Even though the boat is ready for the option, Seadoo has decided to not make it available to customers.Â

I have communicated with them via email and concluded that this would be a long process for any agreement to be reached with Seadoo or any other maker for that matter to sell to the "public". Maybe for some of the older models, but not the current ones.

I'm curious why Seadoo won't sell them as an option. Seems they would want to make customers happy and even make some money. Maybe I'm missing something. Seems simple to me.www.xtremetowers.com Try it. XTP makes a universal wakeboard tower called the XCALIBUR X-CHANGE that would fit the Speedster, but I understand the desire to have more of the original look and utilize the bar already there. Not sure if the policy can be changed by enough of you contacting Sea Doo or not. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

I got the same the same email from Tracy except this was added......"XTP does sell a Universal Wakeboard Tower if that is of interest. See attached information. However, I can understand you wanting to use the bar and the feet that are already on your boat."This is Tracy from XTP, the manufacturer of the original equipment Sea Doo towers. I spoke with Sea Doo this morning and it is a corporate policy to not sell towers as an aftermarket option for any boats not first sold with a tower. However, they will replace any towers for damage or warranty purposes. It seems the policy may be related to liability issues and if the boat was made tower ready before getting to the customer. They may build up the fiberglass at the factory for the bar or something if they plan on having a tower on it, I am not sure about the specifics. Unfortunately, XTP cannot go against the Sea Doo policy and provide towers directly to you. I provided my contact at Sea Doo with this website and these postings in case they are interested in reading feedback from their customers.

Of course I want to use the bar and the feet that are already on my boat. Also the cover will fit and the bimini top is designed to work with it. I'm very curious if there is any difference in the way the hull is manufactured. I'll bet there is no difference at all. Maybe keviseeb can confirm this.

I was previously informed that www.extrememarine.cc is the company that makes the tower for the Challenger X and X-20's. You may want to call them and see if they also make the tower for your model.I was surprised to find out that the wake board tower option cannot be purchased from Seadoo for the Speedster200 after manufactured. Even though the boat is ready for the option, Seadoo has decided to not make it available to customers.
