HI
When i started my engines for the first time this season, one of my engines would not come down and idle. I took of the air filter and manually brought down the trotllel, but it seem very tight going back and forth
any suggestions

I think you have found your issue, a sticky throttle cable. There is a procedure for loosening up those cables, but I can't remember where I came across it. You'll find it if you search the other forums.
