I was looking at my boat today and it looks like the seats are starting to mildew (i thinks its mildew) on the top of the backrest.. Just a few spots ..any sugg how to clean it..

I use 3M vinyl cleaner, you can pick it up at any Wal-mart in the boating section.

I almost got that stuff lastnight!.. Just wasnt sure it would work!

If the mildew has been there a while it will be difficult to get off. The vinyl, after a while, will get almost sticky on tops of the seats. StarBrite also makes a vinyl cleaner that is pretty good at getting mildew/stains off the vinyl.

i use 3m vinyl cleaner aswell - you have to use it quite often i find - its kinda wierd consistency aswell - its a good job to get your girlfriend to do - sit back and w8 for the - eughhh!
