First outing of the season

The water was vary rough, but my trim tab did its job and smoothed out the ride considerably. My reverse wasn't worth a darn, but that way have been the effect of the wind and waves.
I was able to plane with the left engine, but when solo the right engine didn't want to rev up over 4k rpm. I'm not sure what the problem was. The left engine took a while, but I got up on plane at full throttle. I installed in a pair of ball valves so I wouldn't have to mess with hose clamps when only running 1 engine.
It was windy and the water was cold, but it wasn't a bad day.

I think it's cool that you did the single tab thingie, and am interested to see pics of it. I'm glad it worked as expected, and it should make others want to try it now.It was windy and only in the 70's today but I hit the lake to find any bugs in the mods I've done. I had a tiny water leak from my right drive shaft carrier hose. I'll have to straighten up the clamp and tighten it a bit tighter. I also had leaks from the right exaust hose and the through hull fitting for the Dream-O-meter cable.

Your carrier retro seems to have worked as well, with just a little leak everything is fine.
Reverse being affected was a given, and really not a great loss since reverse sucks anyway. Good job Rob!
