OK so I'm ready to spring for some turf and I called Hydro-Turf to see if they had kits for my 2012 180SP. They didn't know. So I ask if the 2011 Challenger 1800 kits will fit my boat and again...they didn't know.
So my questions are...
Are there any 2012 boat owners that obtained turf kits, preferrealby for a 180 SP or Challenger 1800?
Do the 180SP and Challenger have the same cockpit layout/floor plan?
And who did you find that sells this stuff that actually knows what they're talking about?

No, they are not the same layout. I am 99% sure the lockers are not in the same place and the textures are in different places.
Give them a buzz or email. They did a great job with my boat.
Good luck!

You called Hydro-Turf or PWC Muscle?
PWC Muscle is a reseller of Hydro-Turf, so I would recommend working directly with Hydro-Turf rather than a reseller. Regarding the discount mentioned above too, there should be no reason to go through a reseller when you can receive that same 15% discount through Hydro-Turf directly just by mentioning you are a member here (see attached for details).
Your best bet would be speaking to Mike Bonin over at Hydro-Turf. We have been sponsored by Hydro-Turf since 2004, so if you run into any issues just let me know and I will follow-up personally.

I spoke to Hydro-Turf Directly and spoke with a young lady who didn't have any info about the 2012 boat kits. Their web site only lists kits to 2011. I asked if there was anyone in the tech dept. she could ask and she put me on hold for a few. When she came back I got the same response which is why I'm asking here. Maybe someone else with a 2012 boat has had some luck. Clearly she didn't know and I'm not sure anyone was actually around at the time for her to ask.

Thanks for the update, please try calling back and ask for Mike Bonin. Let me know if Mike provides any other insight, otherwise I can follow-up to determine if I can receive any additional information.

I just spoke with a gentleman there and was told the 2011 kits won't fit and they haven't been able to get their hands on a 2012 boat yet to make the patterns so I guess its a waiting game at this point. To bad, this soggy carpeting is driving me nuts.
